Wesley Horne

Wesley Horne has spent years living and working throughout the Middle East and North Africa, developing cultural and political insights into these complex regions. as well as fluency in Arabic.

He has focused much of his work on Libya, most recently working on the ground in support of capacity building programs for Libyan civil society organizations. Additionally, he has co-authored chapters and conducted broad research on the country.

He holds an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the American University of Beirut, a BA from the University of California at San Diego, and has studied Arabic in Cairo and Damascus.
