At Horsham Fitness our aim is to help you get fit and healthy while having some fun at the same time – and all without setting foot inside a gym. By coming to our Horsham bootcamp sessions, you can take part in an enjoyable, sociable course that usually runs for six weeks and focuses on transforming your whole body. At Horsham fitness you can choose to come to as many sessions as you like and we incorporate thorough warm ups, endurance training, speed training, strength training and flexibility exercises.
It’s a unique and enjoyable way to get fit and healthy. The variety in the training means there’s never a dull moment and it’s suitable for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. We take a holistic approach to getting fit and understand that it’s not only about being healthy, but building your confidence, fighting fatigue and increasing your self esteem.
We also understand that you are an individual with your own goals and objectives. Whether that is to lose the last ten pounds, tone up, burn fat, run a marathon, build muscle, recover from injury or an operation or to generally get slim and trim, we will get you results.
Horsham Fitness has been created by Katie Warman and Mark Sillett who, together, wanted to turn their love of exercise into a profession. Both qualified trainers, they are on a mission to help people in Horsham and beyond achieve their goals and get healthy and happy. With their help, the end result could be a new you.
