I am a thinker. I am fascinated by ideas and strive to find connections that others do not see. It is often these connections that have the potential to bring people closer.

I am a maximizer. I focus on the strengths of people and resources around me in order to make something great happen.

I am emotionally curious. I want to feel the anger, sadness, and joy each person has inside, then I will only slightly know each individual's story. But this will be enough to make me work hard to advocate for what that person needs.
