I am a Corporate Affairs Manager Assistant at Intel Corporation, responsible for implementation of Corporate Affairs Programs in Egypt and managing the governmental relations helping to drive policy, education, entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility and community programs to enhance Intel reputation and business.
I used to volunteer for the IEEE since 2008; started as the webmaster of the Cairo University SB, leading the branch to the 3rd place and the 1st place of the MGA Student Branch Website Contest 2009, 2010 respectively. I was elected as the branch vice-chairman 2009/2010 and led the team winning the IEEE Student Enterprise Award 2009. Moreover, I earned the 4th place in the Region 8 Sections Website Competition 2009/2010 as the webmaster of Egypt Section. Then I was appointed as the Web Activities Coordinator of Region 8 (EMEA) Student Activities Committee (R8 SAC) 2011 – 2012. In 2011, I was assigned as a member of the IEEE Day organizing team; then the global IEEE Day 2012 team leader. For 3 successive years, I served as the Student Representative of IEEE Egypt Section helping 25+ student branches in different universities all over Egypt. In addition to my work at Intel Corporation, I am currently working as a freelance web developer as well with an outstanding experience in 2 start-up companies.
