Tiphanny Keyes

Born and raised on the North end of
South Bend Indiana where her heart was full of passion to watch and help others
achieve. Not being able to have the full benefits and chances that others had
in the city she watched her father use what he had to achieve his goals on the
year to year baises.

Her name is Tiphanny Keyes, “The Hot and healthy Chick Life Coach"
Having going thru her tough challenges in
life she has been able to continuously make and help others strive for what
they believe in.

In her early childhood years she
had the passion for working-out and healping others. Getting up in the morning and dedicating her
hour to "Margret Richards" from PBS "Body Electric". And then being motivated by
watching her father run and win marathons.

In the mid 90’s she traveled the
world performing and living the fast life from Atlantic City, to The Grand
Cayman Islands. Life went on full force for Tiphanny and in 2001 she gave birth
to her first child. What seemed easy to maintain before, began to be a
challenge and she wanted more than anything to have her Faboulous body back and her self-worth
that she had worked too hard to keep up years prior.

Month after month she tried but the
body was not going back into the form that she had wanted. A few years later
after the birth of her second child she became very frustrated and very
discouraged but dug deep to bring out the fabulous in her. Thus a “Healthy Hot
Chick” was born. Helping women all over the world reach their weight loss and life goals
by giving them simple tips that would lead them to a life and body that would
be nothing more the Fabulous.

Her healthy Hot Chicks are still
going strong and everyday is an inspiration to her.
