House Church Kolbe is based on the foundation of Pastoral Care and Overdose Prevention. This church was created from over 10 years of working in overdose prevention, harm reduction and addiction care in Vancouver and now in Ottawa. Our goal is to bring safe supplies, pastoral counselling, harm reduction tools and hospice care to those dealing with addiction and homelessness.
