Applicants who may have poor credit, past evictions, broken leases, foreclosures, bankruptcies, or other negative items on their credit report, will be approved. We factor in location, rent budget, and other housing needs when obtaining your approval.

We offer what is known as a Tenant's ID Number, which essentially restricts the property manager or landlord from viewing derogatory items on our client's credit report or documented past rental history.
