Howard Gray


With a keen eye on technology and where it meets both business and creativity, I am involved in various aspects of the entertainment industry.

My strong entrepreneurial streak started with a fledgling promoting career aged 14 via youth clubs, outdoor parties in the forests of South-East England, then onto ‘proper’ venues. I’ve been involved in the music industry ever since, most notably building and successfully exiting a multi-faceted music company, and managing the worldwide touring careers of a diverse roster of live acts and DJs, working with promoters, venues, festivals and many other people in 60+ countries.

Additionally I spent three years as a Producer in two of London's leading digital agencies, working on a range of large campaigns for clients such as O2, Audi and Microsoft. Currently I consult to several high-growth tech startups, working with them in business development, operations, growth and product management. I’m also highly adept at identifying, developing and connecting both business and creative talent.
