1. Challenges bring new opportunities
2. Build ‘safe’ environments to pursue ‘unsafe’ causes
3. God sets the ministry pace
4. Methods are many, principles are few
5. Owners sacrifice & invest their time & resources
6. 'Nudge' people onto the playing field for the Spirit to move hearts
7. Embrace failures for growth (much grace is given if failures are driven by values & calculated risks)
8. Serving is personal & helping should not hurt
9. My fruit hangs on other peoples' trees
10. Life sometimes stinks, but God is still good
