Howard R. Jean is dedicating his life to inspiring, teaching and instilling a sense of purpose in everyone he comes in contact with, throughout classrooms, communities, air-waves, programs and initiatives across the country. All aspects of personal development through education and self-introspection have been the driving force in all that he embarks upon. Jean has helped found and currently chairs Success for Life, Incorporated, and a South Carolina non-profit organization which provides after school programs, mentors and scholarships to students from single-parent homes. He is also the founder and C.E.O. of S.E.I.L. Over the air waves, he not only provided strategic solutions for issues weekly listeners faced in their communities and homes but also provided community outreach through the states of South Carolina and Georgia. Through community town-hall sessions, public speaking engagements and organization of community efforts, Jean began to epitomize what it meant to be a “servant leader”.
