I am looking for an investor/financial partner to form a dating and social networking website for people who have Herpes, HPV, HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. Please read the rest of the pitch before you click out, as there are too many reasons this is a money making idea and the market is prime for a new player. First of all, I was the class representative who won a 16.5 million dollar judgment against Successful Match who owns and operates Positive Singles, which is the only viable competitor in the marketplace. They were violating member's privacy by exporting profiles to a vast network of affiliate websites which branded members as having specific attributes such as being gay, HIV positive, kinky, being a swinger, etc. This lawsuit generated a huge amount of mistrust for this company, but people stay with them because they have the biggest database of members to choose from, and as of today they don't really have any other viable resource to turn to. I want to change that and demonstrate to whoever has the foresight to invest in this business that they will profit handsomely in doing so. Positive Singles/Successful Match is run out of Chengdu China. They charge their members $192 a year for membership and claim to have several hundred thousand members. Just think about those numbers for a minute before you read on. Due to the lawsuit and multi million dollar class action settlement against Successful Match (our only competitor) they are not in a financial position to counter the strong marketing campaign we will wage. Their site is cluttered and outdated, they don't communicate well with their members (English is not their first language) and they have no presence in the community. The Admin/management team we have assembled has 100+ years of involvement in the community. We have charismatic, dynamic and intelligent people on our team who will represent & market this business "in the trenches" at local, regional and national events. Positive Singles does not stand a chance against us. Our site will be much more streamlined and efficient, with capabilities and features the competition cannot match, and a resonant empathetic presence on the site and in the community they will never have.
