As you already have guessed, my name is Hans Petter Kleppan, I come from a medium sized town in Norway called Sandefjord. Since 2008 I'v been living in Trondheim where I now study MSc Counselling at NTNU. I'm the former Vice-President of The Welfare Council in Trondheim, 2014-2015.
