As Head of Recruitment, I lead the hiring process for a diverse range of roles across a client recruitment service, while also overseeing internal recruitment of live chat and email support agents for e-commerce businesses. My responsibilities span developing and implementing recruitment systems, strategies, and processes, as well as managing client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.

I bring over nine years of experience in the outsourcing and offshoring industry, having worked across a wide range of roles and sectors including customer service, retail, sales, content moderation, healthcare, IT, and commercial manufacturing. My core skills include executive search, candidate screening, applicant tracking systems, presentations, and team leadership. I am known for applying strong problem-solving abilities to meet client needs and maintain quality standards, and I am passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences that create lasting value for everyone involved.
