I like to connect the dots. I want to help businesses understand the value of social media and storytelling as tools for listening to and learning about their customers. I spent more than a decade as a professional journalist for newspapers prior to becoming a partner and social media director at Suzuki + Chou Communimedia, a public relations firm in Seattle. I am a Food Revolution activist and I believe cooking and eating with your children will save their lives. Currently, I'm the Director of Communications at the Institute for Systems Biology, which is a world-renowned non-profit research institute based in Seattle.
