Hi, I’m Hossein. I am a real estate development professional focused on economic performance of commercial real estate assets in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Over my career, I have developed an extensive background in Sustainable Real Estate, Construction Project Management and Green Building Economic Analysis. This interdisciplinary expertise in professional real estate is built on the foundation of more than 15 years of valuable hands-on experience in United States and the Middle East that crosses academic as well as practical fields.

Ever since I discovered my passion for sustainable real estate and sustainability in construction management in college, I have never stopped staying hungry to learn more, accept exciting challenges and explore new frontiers. Canada is my new home and in this glorious country my passion is to create buildings that inspire and enrich the lives of their occupants, connect them to thriving communities and help sustain the environment.
