I was born on the 13th of july 1958 in a town in nigeria called akure, although my parents were from ile-ife(cradle of the yoruba nation worlwide). I attended Alafia Institute Mokola, Ibadan for my primary school, and went to the famous Christ's School Ado-Ekiti. I also went to FGCW when my parents returned from the UK and were working in Warri; now Delta State. I was the head of school in FGCW-the 1st not to have started from form one. I was at University of Ife to study Economics in 1978 and graduated in 1981. I did my national assignment in the then Bendel State. I started working with Peat, Marwick, Ani, Ogunde & Co. I have since worked in various companies including in the oil and Gas and Financial Industries. I retired from FBN Plc as the Head of Training and Development. I am currently consulting in the Oil&Gas; area, Human & Financial Resources Resources. I am married to Obafunke who is and accountant and works for Chevron Unlimited. We have two lovely children.
