• Co-Organized Malaysia's LARGEST Youth Carnival : Youth Jam 2013 at Kuala Lumpur.
• Head of youth audience project for 8TV's Showdown 2013 and 8TV's Shout Awards 2013.
• Currently directing The Youth Awards, Malaysia's FIRST and LARGEST long-termed Youth Awards and leadership coaching program.
