I am a serial entrepreneur, connector, innovation catalyst, rule breaker, and new technology and business strategist. I am the future business creator and CEO at future designers. I launched ‘Good company movement’ to initiate what is the value of good company and how to build a sustainable good company community. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2LvrRfi00Cc) I launched another project ‘WeChangemakers’ which is a mobile application to report any potential unsafe place and thing in order to prevent accidents in advance and resolve this issue by people on their own.

I was formerly a director to numerous R&D projects at Samsung Electronics, including wireless technologies, home networks, mobile devices and emerging technologies. Before joining Samsung, I was a graduate research assistant at USC/ISI(University of Southern California/Information Sciences Institute). Thus, my main interest is the innovation and invention based upon technologies. I used to give my lectures to the graduate school of Yonsei university and Seoul national university on my expertise.

I am now a chief maker and CEO at magicEco which is the Internet of things platform company connecting things to Internet and driving maker movement in Korea. I am also a future business creator and innovation catalyst at future designers. I invest very early tech start-ups and give my advise to enable valuable and viable businesses. As an innovation catalyst, I am an advisor of Seoul Innovation Park, Samsung, Rehoboth, Seoul Venture Incubator, and various companies and social sectors.

I believe in the potential of people in Asia, so that I co-founded PAN(Pan Asian Network) with Richard Hsu and Jason Hsu. I am trying to connect innovators, creative, makers, hackers, artist and entrepreneurs for catalyzing creative and meaningful collaborations in Asia. Recently, I launched 20x20, the conference delivering 20 ideas on one big picture in 20min each, in order to spread Asian insights and stories to the world.

In addition, I am a board member of Creative Commons Korea, a partner of SVPS(Social venture partners Seoul), an angel investor of Big Bang Angels, and an ambassador of Network Society. I used to be an evangelist of TEDxSeoul and co-founder of TEDxSamsung as well.
