When you see 'young' and 'fresh out of college' you may read it as 'inexperienced', however, I say look at it as 'sponge'.
My industry experience may be a short list, but that should be expected; I'm in my early twenties!
That said, I'm ready to give it a try, to learn, to attempt things new. And, I’m always willing to hit the books so that I’ll gain further knowledge of what it is I'm about to tackle.
Truth – there are many programs/projects/meetings/problems/etc., I've yet to attempt, but those just look like more items for me to conquer out there on the horizon.
