Hugh Gaughan

Hugh Gaughan is a Forest Lake, Minnesota professional who helps guide Gaughan Construction as an assistant construction project manager. He plans and oversees projects, and ensures that Minnesota clients are kept well-informed throughout a project's stages as it moves toward completion. Undertaking quality control in the field, Hugh Gaughan keeps schedules updated and communicates with team members to coordinate work flow.

Mr. Gaughan also maintains a strong presence in his community and is active with the All Saints Church. One area of his volunteer work centered on renovating a neglected schoolhouse in tandem with his firm’s construction services team. Situated next to the historic church, the school building had not been used for many years and suffered from water damage and other degradation. His efforts have prepared the building for use for future neighborhood programming that will serve local residents’ needs.

Mr. Gaughan’s volunteer engagements extend to assisting the nonprofit Sharing and Caring Hands twice annually, which is dedicated to food and vitamin supplement packing activities that enable the neediest people around the globe to receive vital care packages. He has also engaged with Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis in community food serving capacities.
