Zeustek International Ltd, trading as Swiftvisa was started in April 2005 by Damon Parker and Cheng Hui (Jessie). At that time the immigration adviser profession was unregulated. Because of a negative personal experience with an immigration adviser, Jessie had a desire to offer superior services to Chinese students wanting to study in New Zealand.
