I am Hui Xin Gan, a student at Ryerson University who concentrates in television production and marketing. Passion, determination, and leader are the words that best describe me. I like to chase what seems to be “the unachievable”. On campus, you will most likely find me in the television studios. My leadership and managerial skills made me grow a love for multi-camera studio environments, especially for the director role. I am highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Photoshop, PremierePro and AfterEffects. In studio environments, I am aversatile team player who is highly skilled at writing, camera work, show planning, audio mixing and technical production as well.

Professionally, I have a lot of experience as a paparazzi and have covered worldwide events, such as TIFF, since the age of 15. When living in Montreal, I have had the chance to work alongside Melissa Paradis, professional paparazzi and host of her television show in Quebec, "Paparadis". My portfolio includes notable celebrities such as Selena Gomez, Ryan Gosling, Hugh Jackman, Matthew McConaughey, etc.

Being strongly passionate about celebrity/entertainment news and studio production, I have for goal to work for a talk show.

Outside of studios, I also have a huge passion for cosmetics and luxury fashion retail. I constantly keeps following trends on social media which makes me aware and critical of marketing strategies for those retail fields. Having experience in leading cosmetics retailers, (Sephora) a position in marketing and advertising is a path that I definitely considers as well.
