WE ARE PLEDGED to Promote UNIVERSAL DECLARATION FOR HUMAN RIGHTS – (UDHR) 1948, passed by General Assembly, United Nations In Conformity with The Constitution Of India. We are a representation of Indian Citizens concern for the Promotion & Protection of Human Rights, Worldwide, We are independent of any Political ideology, Economic or Religious Interests. Our mission is to conduct research to take action to prevent and end grave abuses of all Human Rights - be it Religious, Social, Political or Economic. WE PROCLAIM Constitution Of India & The Internationally Recognized Universal Declaration Of Human Rights (UDHR) - United Nations as our Common Standard towards achievement of Our Vision, Mission & Values for all People & Citizen of India and all Nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and educating to promote respect for these Rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the people of the State of West Bengal & other Indian States, and among the people of territories under their jurisdiction. WE AFFIRM that we have no intention to interpret Law or Laws as implying for any State, Group or Person, any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at destruction of Responsibilities, Rights and Freedom set forth in the “Constitution of India” enacted and implemented to govern Republic of India (Bharat Ganrajya) and other Indian States, and the people of territories under their jurisdiction. WE ARE NOT meant to demean any Government or the Ministry or the organization, nor it is meant for crusade against the Government of India, neither we support any campaign against Law or Laws of the land, nor we intend to act detrimental to the interest of Indian Constitution, neither it is a movement to obstruct the procedures of the Government of the Country or the State or Its Organization/Organizations, Ministries, Department, Units, Government Officers, Government Servants, or any Official or individual citizen.
