Over the course of his career, Humphrey Lansiquot established himself as one of the most prominent, upscale chefs and caterers in Palos Verdes and Los Angeles. He spent the early years of his career as a chef with Carnival Cruise Lines, where he received the Tyson Foods EMCO CULLY Award for his chicken with pineapple recipe. A two-time winner of the Award of Culinary Excellence from the American Tasting Institute, Humphrey Lansiquot has become known for his artistic presentations and tropical influences.

Today, Humphrey Lansiquot serves as the head chef of Humphrey’s One Touch Catering, where he delivers savory, upscale dining experiences for events from San Diego to Seattle. He also spent nearly a decade as the head chef of Arnie Morton’s of Chicago in Beverly Hills, California. In this position, Humphrey Lansiquot oversaw a wide range of marketing efforts, developed close working relationships with vendors, and oversaw all operations at a restaurant with some $10 million in revenue.
