Kenya, Mombasa

When I was a boy I loved to draw because it allowed me to bring my ideas to life. One day my friend's father, a wealthy man, asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I didn't know. He asked me what I loved to do and when I spoke of my passion for drawing he responded, "You had better become an architect because it's the only way to make a living with your talent."

I didn't understand him at the time but I knew what he said was wrong and it bothered me at the core. To this day I have lived to prove that creativity can bring power to any work and happiness to life.

Here's one of my new projects that I'm very excited about:

UNDERDOG INNOVATORS • An innovation course for poor independent business owners. We just started in Kenya and dream of influencing others around the world.
