• Core Competencies: Agency, Contingency/Con”tainer”, Retained and Executive Search background to include RPO, BPO, and Full-Cycle Recruiting for Direct-Hire and Contract requirements; Building Recruiting Desks and Talent Communities from “scratch” to align with specific functional areas; Client-Facing and Sourcing experience focused on Fortune-rated global organizations, in addition to small and mid-sized Firms. Strategic Intake calls and a consultative approach enhance and facilitate successful placements/assignments.
