Leigh Husieff

I am a teacher and librarian based in Surrey, BC. My core principle is PURPOSE. I believe that all students will engage with their learning if they see it as meaningful. My goal is to provide learning opportunities that students see have real world applications. These authentic learning opportunities will appeal to their interests, their sense of self and where they see their place in the world.

As a teacher-librarian, I also value collaboration, connections, communication, and time. Teaching through inquiry allows students the opportunity to engage with me in all of these ways.
