Mark Hutchings

Attorney Mark Hutchings proud to be a fourth-generation Nevadan. Mr. Hutchings' family has worked to build a better community for southern Nevada for nearly a century. Mr. Hutchings seeks to further that tradition by providing legal services to underserved working families and small business owners. While in law-school, Mr. Hutchings gained valuable experience with the practical aspects of the law and its impact on the lives of working people. After law-school, Mr. Hutchings began his career as an attorney working for the firm he clerked for in law school where he provided representation in personal injury cases, criminal cases and family law cases. Mr. Hutchings then went to work for a different local firm handling personal injury matters, business litigation, and collection matters. Within a fairly short period of time, Mr. Hutchings rose to manage the entire litigation department. He now seeks to bring his services to the public by providing quality, affordable legal representation to those who have been arrested and accused.
