Huy Vuong

I am currently a postdoc at the department of biomedical informatics at Vanderbilt University. My research topics include:

1. Develop analysis pipeline for detecting novel variants in cancer for validation. Platform: Illumina Miseq.

2. Developing a framework to integrate cancer related somatic mutations with protein structural characteristics. This framework may be used to predict functional mutations associated with anti-cancer drug targets and provide insights into the heterogeneity in drug responses.
