I graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City with a degree in Graphic Design. With over 15 years of experience as a frontend developer and a Scrum Master certification, my focus in Comwrap is primarily on styling Adobe Experience Manager Core Components. Additionally, I serve as Scrum Master, collaborating with my team to achieve maximum efficiency and professional growth.

Scrum Master

Scrum offers several benefits that help teams improve efficiency, productivity, and the quality of their work.

Scrum may be easy to understand due to its simple principles and concepts. Still, its practical implementation can be challenging due to the need to change organizational mindsets, practices, and cultures, and the inherent complexity of projects and teams. It requires commitment, continued practice, and constant willingness to adapt and improve.

As a Scrum Master, I facilitate the Scrum team's success by fostering a collaborative environment, removing obstacles, and encouraging continuous improvement.

Front in Frontend.

Since the emergence of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js, two specializations have emerged within frontend development: one that covers the structure and design using HTML and CSS primarily, and the other that covers interactivity and behavior using JavaScript. Each one becomes increasingly complex and requires an ever more profound level of expertise.

My expertise is focused on UI design for the websites and applications we develop. In the words of Brad Frost, I specialize in the front of frontend development.

Frontend development is now so loaded that I quipped that as a frontend designer I live on the front of the frontend, while there are plenty of other developers living on the back of the frontend.

~ Brad Frost

Experience

I founded some companies like H&H in Mexico City, as well as Salidas and Comunicarte in Monterrey. In Germany, I worked at Interconcept in Bad Soden, Onivation, MRM//McCANN, and Comwrap (my current job) in Frankfurt am Main. I have participated as a designer or frontend developer for clients such as AIDA Kreuzfahrten, TUI, Luxair, Lufthansa, Carlson Wagon Lit (CWT), ERGO, Fidelity, Helaba, Commerzbank, Opel, Cereal Partners World Wide (CPW), Miele, Nestlé, Aldi Nord, Bühler, Zürich, Tessloff, and Swisspor,t among others.

Attributes

I'm never satisfied with my goals, and I'm always fighting to improve. I never stop learning and love reaching new heights. I'm an optimistic, faithful believer that for every problem, there is a solution. I think to be efficient at my work, I need to stay healthy, so I like to meditate every day, run for 1 hour, and exercise during my half-day break. This helps me keep my mind sharp and manage my tasks effectively.
