Since its inception in 2004, HX5 has specialized in providing professional operations support services to meet the needs of Federal Government organizations. Over the years HX5 has been entrusted by our Government Customers to provide professional services in the fields of Software and Hardware Engineering, Information Technology, Research, Development and Test, Mission Operations Support, Program Management and Logistics, and Military Weather.

HX5 provides a spectrum of professionals who are educated, experienced, trained, and cleared to work at the highest levels necessary to support our customers' operations and who are dedicated to our customers' missions. HX5's corporate philosophy has always been to support our government customers in a mission-focused manner that maintains the highest ethical standards while delivering professional services of the highest quality.

HX5 is, and always has been, 100% owned by Margarita Howard and in 2012, Howard was recognized by the SBA for her accomplishments in growing HX5 by being awarded the SBA Minority Business Person of the Year Award, winning at both the State level and the SBA Region 4 level.
