Started off my working journey as an Instructional Designer in the Education Software Industry. Making sure the development of the content would be able to be delivered effectively to the education sector. That seemed to be the passion as I understand learning is not a one-way street.
Instructional design is the process by which learning resources and experiences are developed, created and delivered. Also known as instructional systems design (ISD), this discipline follows a multi-step approach that aims to effectively design successful curricula. In short, instructional design is the systematic development of an educational programme.

In layman, we see instructional designers as the 'architects' of the learning experience and the 'directors' of the instructional systems design process.

It implies a systematic methodology, so as in our company, we make sure our client's have the best client experience. How is it done?Understanding their needs, getting their expectations and setting their expectations right requires a degree of expertise and experience. These are crucial to tailor the right fit for the organization.
