My name is Ashley Abney and I am the owner of I AM Insights where I offer Channeled Guidance & Healing.

I AM Insights was created out of my passion and calling to help the world Awaken to the reality of Oneness. I firmly believe that all spiritual insight and wisdom should be made available to those who seek it. I feel it's even more necessary that these often ungrounded and disconnective understandings are applicable and connective to the every day human experience.

My primary focus is sharing the insight and wisdom I have come to realize within my own Awakening, and to communicate the messages that I have recieved from the various Ascended Beings that I interact with each day. My own purpose in this life is to assist the collective consciousness in relaying and grounding these spiritual understandings from the Divine expanse, into the human (physical) experience.

I have been traveling my own Spiritual Journey for some time now, and have come in my vast array of experience to truly remember and Awaken to the reality of my Being. I have struggled like everyone else and experienced all that comes with this evolution of consciousness...from the Dark Night of the Soul to the transcendence of a Kundalini Awakening. It is as a direct result of this awakening and conscious expansion that I am now a Psychic/Intuitive, Medium, Channel, and Healer. It is because I have, and continue to walk this path, that I am able to truly relate these understandings in a real and tangible way that meets people where they are.

Although each and every single Awakening journey is unique to the soul of the Being and cannot be found outside of the Being itself- I can offer insight in the ways of navigating, processing, and transcending the difficulties and challenges that come along with every journey.

I assist clients one on one for Intuitive Readings in person, via phone, or Skype. I also offer Distance Healing, Chakra Healing, and Crystal Healing as well.
