Born in Oaxaca, Mexico and raised in the Mid-City area of Los Angeles, Mr. Zaragoza graduated from University of California, Los Angeles and Loyola Law School. He is a member of the California Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Mexican-American Bar Association.
