Jo Outlaw

Born in Philadelphia I've had to learn fast. Either you lead or you follow. In my life I've lived in five states along the East Coast. I picked up some southern hospitality and brought it back to the City of Brotherly Love. After serving in the U.S. Army I return with a fresh perspective. I understand the many peoples of our nation. Northern and fast paced way down to southern and easy riding. Now I'm head into new venture join me.
