Fabio Iacobini is an experienced hospitality professional with over a decade of international experience across luxury hotels, private members’ clubs and high-end restaurants in London, Switzerland and Sardinia.
Born in Sardinia and now based between the UK and Italy, Fabio has built his career within some of Europe’s most respected hospitality environments, developing strong expertise in guest experience, front-of-house operations and luxury service standards.
He has worked with renowned five-star and luxury properties including Montcalm Mayfair, St Martins Lane Hotel, The Westbury Mayfair, Brown’s Hotel, The Washington Mayfair, The Arts Club London, Hotel Pitrizza in Porto Cervo and Gstaad Palace in Switzerland. Across these roles he has been responsible for front-of-house guest relations, concierge support, VIP arrival management, valet and lobby operations, and maintaining exceptional service standards aligned with LQA luxury benchmarks.
Fabio is recognised for his ability to create a seamless and welcoming guest experience, often serving as the first and last point of contact for international clientele. His work combines operational efficiency with a naturally warm, professional presence that enhances brand reputation and guest loyalty.
