My passion is communication and my latest book, "Granny Greeny Says Listen Louder" is all about building relationships. I am a certified Age-ing to Sage-ing® certified seminar leader and present seminars for folks over 50 and teach at Flathead Valley Community College. In addition, I am a Life Transition Coach helping individuals deal with the challenges and opportunities that are part of each decade of adult development. I schedule client appointments on Skype so location is never a problem. I have a monthly column in Montana Woman Magazine and co-authored "Write Your Self Well, Journal Your Self to Health" and have published a number of articles, short stories and poetry along with chapters in texts on the value of expressive writing to achieving healing and sustaining health. I am a member of the Multi-Faith Coalition of the Flathead Valley.Also have an intermediate certification in Therapeutic Touch Therapy. I'm inspired by the challenges of healthy and positive aging and studying communication as an energetic connection. Interested in spirituality, creating individual, family and interfaith ceremonies to bring people together.
