After passing the Kentucky Bar, he accepted a position with Skeeters, Bennet & Wilson in Radcliff, Kentucky. He became a partner in the firm within just a few years. He left to join another firm where he continued to develop his own practice and client base. Jeremy and his wife, Carey, formed Aldridge & Aldridge, PSC in February 2011.
