A.K. Sinha is an accomplished educationist, technocrat, researcher, author, and motivational speaker. He is the Founder and Chief Managing Director (CMD) of the Murashil Group, a rapidly growing organization committed to transforming education, innovation, and professional development in India.
He currently serves as an Associate Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering, combining academic leadership with research, innovation, and institutional development.

Academic Excellence
A.K. Sinha began his academic journey in a Government School in Bihar, followed by his secondary education in a residential boarding school. He completed his higher secondary education under the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Patna.
Driven by a passion for technology and innovation, he pursued both B.Tech and M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal.
He is UGC-NET qualified and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, further strengthening his commitment to academic research and technological advancement.

Began his career as a Software Engineer with leading multinational companies in India, developing strong technical and analytical expertise.
Transitioned into academia, serving as Assistant Professor and later Associate Professor in reputed engineering institutions in Bhopal, mentoring and inspiring hundreds of aspiring engineers.
Served as a Scientist, contributing to research and innovation in communication technologies.
Worked as Placement and Recruitment Head, strengthening industry–academia collaboration and enhancing career opportunities for students.
