Christopher Jones

As the Manager of Strategic Communications and Quality Assurance at 403 Labs, now a division of Sikich LLP, I am responsible for performing quality assurance reviews of internal documentation, proposals and client deliverables, including for PCI DSS and PA-DSS assessments, penetration testing and PCI forensic investigations. As part of the review process, I work closely with consultants and project managers to evolve our reporting methodologies and improve the quality of our communications.

Within the realm of strategic communications management, I work to increase the awareness of our brand through the administration of the 403 Labs blog and Twitter account. Additionally, I write and edit copy for press releases as well as marketing collateral, including for the www.403labs.com website, marketing slicks, print advertisements and more.

I also manage our partner relationships, overseeing merchant compliance programs and working with partners to develop successful marketing strategies to both enhance the effectiveness of their programs and increase the profitability realized from partnering with 403 Labs.
