-i was diagnosed with adjustment disorder two years ago. aside from that, i have not been professionally diagnosed with any other mental illnesses, and i am not comfortable with diagnosing myself. however, i am fine with self diagnosis as a concept, and if u claim to be self diagnosed i will not question your judgement.

-the % in my bio represents how well im doing mentally (ive seen lots of ppl around ig doing something similar so. im stealin it) basically, theres always gonna be a percent value in my bio that generally represents how im feeling at that time, with 100% being REALLY GOOD!!! and 0%-10% being Really Really Bad
