I hail from Kansas City, Missouri, where I was born and raised in a great, big German-Irish family, complete with a German Shepherd named Grover. I have three older siblings and I couldn't be prouder of them: my oldest brother is a captain in the special forces, my older sister is a White House intern, and my oldest sister is earning her masters in nursing while raising a family.
Growing up in a big family - as the youngest, mind you - I had to learn how to get along well with just about anyone. As a result, I'm a community/team-builder. I have a propensity for organizing recreational softball and kickball teams with colleagues and alumni.
