Aussie-born, Singapore-bred, Shoba is a global citizen who has lived in several cities across Europe and in the process, fell in love with electronic music across a wide variety of genres. Her first encounter with electronic music was at the age of 10 when she listened to a Daft Punk CD. Since then, she became entrenched in everything house music, making it her mission to become a DJ and music producer.

In 2021, she landed her first major gig playing on a yacht in Malta for 100s of international guests. While being based in Barcelona, a thriving city for electronic music, she performed at prominent clubs such as El Boulevard and La Fira. At her last party in Barcelona, she was the closing DJ for 1000 guests at the legendary Poble Espanol, the same venue which hosts world-famous festivals OFFSonar, Brunch in the Park and Circoloco.

Since then, she has been receiving opportunities around the world with 2024's highlights being Catalyst's 1st Birthday Party (London) and Formula 1 Grand Prix Day Party (Corporate event, Singapore).

Her love for all things house extends to her style which is versatile and all about reading the dance floor. Combining her interest in Eastern spirituality and electronic music has led to soulful day-time mixes such as Balik Ke Bali, a favourite on her Soundcloud, featuring artists such as Keinemusik, ANOTR, Bob Sinclair, Butch and Jamie Jones.

Extending into the night, her deep house, funky and disco mixes are a favourite among listeners. Inspired by her favourite record labels, Defected and Glitterbox, she loves dropping some Nic Fanciulli, Mike Dunn or Honey Dijon to get the crowd going. She hopes to continue playing great music at venues across the world because we all need a little more fun and optimism in our lives. She has released two singles and a mashup on Spotify and Apple Music.
