I am experienced in FMCG and retail. My goals are: (1) to be a successful top manager (Sales Director/ Business Development Director/ Managing Director/ General Director); (2) to be a shareholder of the profitable enterprises; (3) to make a happy life for my own family and for others. In my working history, I had mostly joined the companies where I had to set-up the business from scratch in the local market (Unilever, ICC, Masan) or I had to be challenged by renovating the assigned business unit to enhance the performance (Alexandra & Sofia, HB, Vien Thong A). I have completed an English MBA program in 2009 and have 16 years of working experience as a professional in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Retail Industries. I used to work at the multi-national companies such as: Unilever, Metro Cash & Carry and some other leading local companies such as: Masan Group, HB Group, Vien Thong A, most in Sales and Marketing field, from junior to senior and top management positions. I used to live and to work nearly three years in Europe for a key player of Instant Noodles in Russia- Alexandra & Sofia, based in Moscow as an Assistant Chairman (2004-2007). Recently (October 2009 - January 2011), I was the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Vien Thong A, a leading retailer of mobile devices in Vietnam. I was responsible for all of the business operations including the Profit & Loss, for both development strategy and day-to-day operations management of the chain-stores. Currently, I am self-employed: consulting and trading.
