Kathi Graves

I live in Charlotte, NC, with my amazing husband of 32 years, Kurt, and our 2 cats, Richie and Royal, who own us. Our large community of friends and family are a continuing source of joy and the investment we make in others through our church and our workplaces give us a tremendous sense of purpose. I love to create (check out my Etsy shop, iamkatco) and enjoy exploring different ways of self-expression through my creativity. As a CrossFitter, and I am passionate about taking care of my body through functional fitness and good nutrition in my hopes to be vibrant and strong well into my "golden" years so I can continue to be a change agent for good in this world.
