I think we can all agree that a resumé just isn't enough anymore.

A resumé says nothing about the things I've done out of conviction, altruism, or adventure.

A resumé won't tell you if I'm creative, or funny, or fearless, or engaging, or kind.

If you're asking for someone truly exceptional, then why are you asking for a resumé?
