OLDHEAD

Meet OLDHEAD. Not just an artist, he's a leader called to raise the
standard through entertainment/music and being real. His motto—"Fake kills
and real heals."

Born Eric Davis in East Tennessee, and named after his uncle Eric who died
in the fire of his grandmother's home, Davis would be raised around drugs,
violence and sex. His grandmothers, Mary Davis and Charlotte George, took
him in at an early age due to his parents' drug addiction. "I feel like I
grew up too fast," Eric says, recalling his childhood years.

Tragedy would shape and mold his life. His sister died suddeny in the
famous Mall of America in Minneapolis, later followed by one of the most
defining moments in his life when his close friend, O.J., was murdered. "I
felt like I had no hope," says Oldhead. "But pain created my passion."

At the age 19, his life would change forever. While watching the classic
urban hip-hop flick, *Belly*, featuring the artists DMX and NAS, God's
presence would show up in his room. "I can't explain it," he says. "It was
this perfect peace. I knew Jesus was real. I fell to my face and God
started talking to me. God showed me what I was put on this earth for, and
Jesus showed me how he was with me from the beginning. I immediately
forgave everybody who did me wrong. That day I became a man. I knew I was
put on this earth to do something that would change history forever..."

Nicknamed "Oldhead," an African American cultural term that describes
someone who has been through hard times and gained wisdom to give direction
to people who need it, Davis was a finalist in an MTV/Loud Records contest,
and the grand prize winner in a contest held by Interscope Records. He's
been featured in television specials on NBC, ABC, CBS and Fox News. To his
credit, he's an artist, motivational speaker, producer, stylist, C.E.O of *Walk
That Talk Entertainment*, and the creator of the Respect Women Movement.
Eric "Oldhead" Davis won the "Future Legend Award" and states his biggest
accomplishment is when JESUS CHRIST came into his life, took away his pain,
and made him a REAL MAN.
