Pleasure Activist, Peer-Support Trainer, and Filmmaker in Berkeley, CA
Rachel Alita Harris is an expert at helping others recover the power of self-determination through her pleasure-driven curriculum. A cancer survivor herself, Rachel dated, fell in love and married all while persevering through chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and ultimately a stem cell transplant. Even as Rachel endured increasingly severe medical treatments, the more she infused her life with love, beauty and adventure, the less she suffered. On the other side of cancer, Rachel summoned the courage to design a new life in the image of her dreams. Leaving behind a career in law and entertainment, Rachel transformed the most difficult challenge of her life into a passion to help women actualize their own infinite potential. Now, Rachel’s mission is to illuminate the incredible power of Beauty, Pleasure and Intimacy to restore deep inner-confidence and heal the body. Rachel is an engaging public speaker and trainer. Her workshops use the arts and healing modalities including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and eCPR (Emotional CPR), to interrupt old habits and limited thinking; and to encourage a shift to a more expansive view of wellness.
Rachel Alita Harris provides Crisis-Support Training to individuals, clinicians, educators and social service providers; Rachel provides one-on-one mentorship through her Homegirl Check-Ins, empowering the individual to self-direct their own wellness practice and priorities.
