At the tender age of 8, most little girls are asking their parents for latest toy that has caught their attention but Veronica was no ordinary little girl. Making her first business plans at 8 years old, her parents knew that she was something special. Veronica Camille Ratliff, also known as Ronnie V. went on to be one of the most influential entrepreneurs and musician of our time.

Growing up with a musical background, her family submerged her in culture, music, and talent. Coming from a long line of singers and songwriter, Veronica began singing in the church and that's where she fell in love with music. She knew that she wanted to spend the rest of her life doing what she loved and she wanted to make money doing it as well.

After years of trying to find the right company for her, she started her first management company when she was 18 years. Although she was a full-time college student, she traveled every weekend and scraped her chump change to help establish her artist and herself. Little did she know that this was the foundation what her life would be forever.

Graduating with a Bachelor's degree when she was 21 years old, this young adult left her hometown of Memphis TN and moved to Atlanta, Georgia in hopes of building her dream. Starting off as an independent artist manager and brand technician wasn't easy and funds were few and far between so she worked two jobs to support herself and fulfill the duties of a manager. On her own she worked hard to brand herself but working as a freelance publicist and songwriter just to get her name out there. Soon enough she got her big break by meeting L.A. Reid when she was 23 years old.

Her life skyrocketed and she moved to Los Angeles, California and began managing the world's most talented artist including Lauren J., Isaiah Rashaad and Scribb. By the young age of 24 she has won four Grammys and is now the CEO of one of the biggest and most profitable management companies in the world. When asked Veronica said, "It was faith that got me on the plane and hard work that made it take off." This young entrepreneur is definitely someone to look out for.
