Kelly Caiazzo

I'm the mother of two boys, Will, age 3 and Andrew, age 1. I discovered my love of running when Andrew was only 5 months old, when I started coolrunning.com's Couch to 5k Program.

Just over a year after running my first 5k, I completed my first half marathon in 2 hours and 26 minutes.

I write a running blog, http://www.iamrunningthis.com, geared towards anyone who loves running or wants to love running. I share running knowledge as I discover it, mistakes as I make them, triumphs as I have them, and humor as often as possible.

I love connecting with other runners, and I welcome and respond to comments and e-mails!

I have a B.A. and M.A. in History from Emory University, and a Master's of Education from Harvard University. Neither makes me an expert at running, but both make me good at learning and sharing what I've learned.
